Processing Time
All items are handmade. Processing time is up to 2 weeks before your order ships.
During peak seasons or high-volume periods, processing may reach the full 2-week window.

Holiday & Christmas Deadline
🎄 To ensure delivery by Christmas, please place your order by December 4th.
Orders placed after December 4th are not guaranteed to arrive by Christmas due to increased carrier delays and holiday processing times.

If you need an order by a specific date, please message me before placing your order to confirm availability.

Shipping Methods
At checkout, customers may choose from USPS or UPS shipping options.
Rates and delivery estimates are automatically generated by the carrier.

Delivery Estimates
Delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates only and not guaranteed.
Once your order is handed to USPS or UPS, all transit times, updates, delays, and routing are fully managed by the carrier.

Carrier Delays
I ship orders promptly, but delays caused by USPS/UPS are outside my control.
Packages may occasionally take longer to scan or move through the postal network, especially during holidays.

Tracking Information
Tracking is updated by the carrier. Some packages may not receive their first scan until later in transit.

Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address. I cannot replace or refund orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If returned, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.

Lost or Stalled Packages
If your package appears lost or hasn’t moved, please contact me. Carriers require a waiting period before a missing-mail claim can be filed, and I can assist with next steps.

Late Delivery / Returns
If your package arrives too late, you may refuse it unopened at delivery or return it after it arrives. Refunds are issued once the item is returned in its original condition.

Marked as Delivered but Not Received
If tracking shows “Delivered” but the item is missing, please check with neighbors or contact your local post office. Sometimes carriers scan packages early or deliver to nearby locations.

International Orders (if applicable)
International packages may experience customs delays or additional fees, which are not controlled by this shop.
